Heck with the parking lot, how about the isles? I was in there around 7:00-7:30, and the shopwithacop lines were like 50-100 feet long. I'm glad they do the program, and I am glad that WalMart had the sense to open special registers just for them, instead of having them jam all the regular lines.

I was on Route 4 in Calvert around 3:30pm and I swear I saw about 15 cops in a ten mile strip of road, 5 of which were ticketing cars.
