i'd love to see swimming closer to golden beach - something in the norhtern end would be nice.

Yeah Right. Good luck in getting our local government to do anything that might cost a little money. The YMCA wanted to come here a few years ago but our county commissioners wouldn't foot the bill for the liability insurance for the pool.
