Clue me in on the hot spots

I was out last night and noticed that Ruby Tuesday was unbelievably crowded to the point that cars were not parked in spaces but in lines on the side of the restaurant. Is that a hot spot on Fridays?

Also, has anyone been in the wings and beer spot on Great Mills Road by St Mary'c Square? If so, what's it like?

I was single for a while, between the two hubbys, so I am a little familiar with the nightlife. Tell me a little about yourself and what kind of atmosphere you like.

I like places where I can relax at. For instance, went to Zanzibar with a girlfirend and the men there were grinding on me and chasing me around in the club. I am pretty sure it was not about me by the looks of people bunned up in the club. So I would like to go somewhere that would allow me to dance, have drinks, get to know people and feel comfortable and relaxed doing all of this.

Also, a place where drama is at a minimal because I shouldn't have to do total research into who I am dancing with. If a woman wasn't dancing with a guy all night and he was out there dancing with all of the women then when he gets to me I dont want the old lady coming up trying to fight me (probably because I am a newcomer to the spot) letting me know that he is her man.

It is hard not to find drama around here. There are a few nice places in Solomons Island. I am not sure how old you are, most of the places here in St. Mary's County have an older crowd. Legends in Waldorf is nice, although most of the people were a little too young for me. Just skip the club scene and check out Yahoo Personals, it is just like shopping at Hecht's. Most of the people on there are looking for a relationship not just a quick :bangbangbang:.

If you like to play pool go there but there is not much else going on there.

As a guy who was into the local bar scene years ago, I can tell you that ALL of them have only one thing on their mind. And that's before they start drinking. There is nowhere local to avoid that.

I met my wife online, and we've been together for 9 years. Every time we go to a nightclub we appreciate not needing to go out to meet people.

I've tried YP and the men in my age group (28-32) don't really respond to me and the ones that do seem more bored for the hour instead of interested in going out. But I really just want to go out and chill. Dance, drink, talk and go home (alone).

That's the vibe I get with men online, it's like when I start probing about what they like to do or what they might want to do and I start naming places they start back off, but I bet if I say do you want to come over, they will be knocking before I can give the address.

Keep looking, the right one will come along. Alot of guys in that age group are still a little immature and only want to live for today. Try going a little older.......I did and it worked out great!!

You are absolutely right. But online, you can weed them out without devoting an evening. Same thing for the guys - if they are only interested in one thing, they can skip the effort of a date.

My wife tells me that I got the date because I was the only response that could spell. That might be something to think about when you are looking.
