I have it on good source that it's not the little grayhaired old ladies living on fixed income that are the biggest offenders. It seems that many of the offenders are affording their multiple cars, bling bling and such by letting the rest of us foot things such as their electric bills which they don't bother to pay.

Read farther down the page and you will see that they can turn your power off but they will try to personally contact you first.

yeah I saw it now. I also had read it in the independent but I wasn't sure if it was in effect yet. I guess it is and for the record I do pay my bill but I'm struggling a bit right now with Christmas and all.
