outhern Maryland winter activities?

There's alot to do around here (SOMD, DC-Metro, etc...) during the summer but I'm having trouble finding things to do now that winter is here.

I'm getting cabin fever already!

Are their any ski clubs in St. Mary's county? Anybody have any ideas for winter shenanigans?

I can't wait for spring when I'll be picking up a new motorcycle!

Both ABATE and the SCRC have a polar bear ride scheduled for Jan 1.

All excellent ideas, LoL!

Although, the Brass Rail strikes me as a last resort for picking up chics for extra curricular activities. Hey then again maybe I'm wrong.

Me thinks most SMIBs prefer to bash other SMIBs on the forums? Especially the horsey-folk wanna-bes
