Smile St. Mary's Hospital Improving

My experiences there have been better and better lately. It wasn't long ago that I had a very low opinion of the place - as a result of direct experience.

But in the past 2 or 3 visits there, I've noticed:
  • Much shorter waiting times
  • Alert, caring, and competent staff
  • Improved records accuracy and re-use of data instead of repeating the same questions over and over
  • Reduced pain - from "a lot" to "none"
  • Better results (effective treatment and fast recovery)
I think I'm seeing great improvements and I'm glad I have a reason to say so.

Yes, I agree. I had to take my 2 year old son there for an injury to his finger. We saw a nurse in the triage area right after signing in. No wait and she was wonderful to my little guy. We were in and out in 10 minutes.

They were wonderful to my father during his stay. The number of times I had to "hunt" someone down or ask twice for something were GREATLY reduced from previous years.

This is good news.

I almost can't wait to get hurt so I can see for myself.

That can be arranged. Just cozy up to appy and the horsey mafia will come after you soon enough.

They have a way of making Techno Kat look like appy's best friend, don't they...

I've also noticed an improvement! The only time that there is a long wait while we've been there is when the Motocross guys from Budds Creek are having a big race. I asked them why they went there instead of LaPlata and they all said because it was so nice!

Thumbs up

At first glance, I was horrified!
I had both of my babies there and was treated like a Queen. I won't be having any more, but I also was impressed!
