Comcast: Presto-chango

How many of you have encountered a problem in the last couple of weeks with your e-mail account from Comcast High Speed Internet Service?

I have been using Netscape Navigator 7.1 forever. Up until just recently, I have used "My Folders." They are now totally inaccessible when using Netscape Navigator. After several phone calls to Comcast, and also after contacting them by e-mail, I am told that they do not support Netscape Navigator.

On one telephone call, I did learn that they HAVE made changes. I was told it would be resolved. But, now it seems that they refuse to acknowledge that they have made these changes and they have no intention of bringing it back to the way it was.

So switch to IE or Firefox. I used to use Netscape and hated IE but I have come full circle. Once you get used to IE or Firefox, you'll see they work just as well if not better.
