Wolf's Rest Farm?

I went camping at a place off of Rt238 this fall...

I think it was called Wolf's Rest, or once was according to my friends..It's a large farm and I was told all kinds of stories about it.
I want to see if you have any history on this place. I was told it had been visited my the Smithsonian Institute because it had slave and native american burials on it.. The large farm house is supposedly haunted..

It's on Lower Brambley Rd. , off of rt238 at theat turn by Hurry's Store..

TIA

I'm curious and would like to find out more about this with being of the American Indian Heritage.

Do you mean Chaptico Market? Hurrys store is right in Clements...238 runs between 242 and 234 in Chaptico then it goes up to Rt5....Are you talking about the Longview Beach area? There is a Brambley Inn there...

You're right Dup.... It is Chaptico Market...
If you use Google Earth and follow 238 from the two stores on the corner down to Notley Hall Rd., Lower Brambley Ln. is on the left maybe half a mile down.
