My personal opinion is to stay away from the Lex Park, Great Mills area and try to do something in Hollywood or California, if you can afford the area. We don't have any public beaches unless you have access to the beach on Base.

Thanks so much for the info. It is helpful in making a decision where to look to buy a home. Darn!!! No public beaches : ( I love the sun, sand and surf : )

There's a place called Pt. Lookout State Park=Public beach and camping
Elm's Beach=Public beach
St. Mary's College
Chancellor's Point
No surf unless there's a hurricane on its way.

I think she is talking about nice public beaches.......Those aren't nice. I think they are gross.
