Ok, I know everyone knows about the SDAT site, but that is for tax assessment purposes. This site is more of a what you could sell it for value, it was pretty accurate based on an appraisal I had done 2 months ago on my town home. The upper side of the estimate was actually with in $5000 of what I was told.

I checked on several address and found that the upper end of there estiamte is pretty typical of what the homes are selling for in different areas.

cool! Thanks for the site. Not bad-within 16K (less) of what I believe my home is worth-but then they did not have the specifics correct. (# of bedrooms & baths.)

Worked for me and it says I have $140,000 in equity. I am cool with that.

You can edit the spec's and get an updated appraisal.. it won't save the changes, just lets you make changes to get a more accurate number,

Did it for my townhouse and it was RIGHT on.. short of the waterview

Tracey's house came in right where we thought it would, without taking into account the HW, kitchen, landscaping etc..
