Hmmm, I might have to try calling and asking about DSL. Webster is visible from my house, so I know that there is a massive bunch of data/phone/etc lines nearby. The question is can I tap into them...

I can't get it because I have a foreign exchange number. I think that's the term they used...I have an 855 (Upper Marlboro) line. The only way I would be able to get it is to change my number to a local 257 or 286. I know people in Calvert and Charles who had to change to local numbers in order to get it. Of course since they didn't have a DC area line anymore they then had to upgrade to the unlimited long distance package.
