There are a lot of things that are a . Well not a but you have to get "approval" for first. I'll take my chances when it comes to an ity bitty tree especially if it's legal otherwise. Especially since I plan on replacing with attractive trees once I've got the lot cleared to my liking.

Thanks for the warning though; since that's what I was looking for.

It's probably right around 5" but more like 8' tall. It's all mangled anyway from taking off branches when it snowed. It lookes all ragged and ghetto.

I live in the woods anyway and there are only like 4 houses on my street. I don't think anyone will mind.
