That's what scares me, that's what won't let me let him go, that's what rules my life. However it may be worth checking out. Thank for your information, I'll keep you posted.
Definitely, give them a call or shoot them an email because they should have someone who is skilled in health emergency situations such as seizures, asthma, etc. Good luck!

I went to a MDA Camp down at Camp Maria... I don't know if you could contact the camp directly and see what they have available or not... I think Elms had a camp program that you also may be interested, at least they did before I started going to MDA... i went to Elms for like all day, for a week, and the week after us was a special needs camp because a lot of the counselors talked about it... maybe they still have it? donno, but good luck!

Pardon my faux pas if I'm wrong, MDA - Muscular Dystrophy?

Never heard of anything at the Elms for special needs, that's less than five miles from me - I'll check that as well.

Maybe things won't be so bad. I'll have every other Friday off to take him places and maybe once I meet some other parents from his class maybe their kids could come over on weekends. Maybe Big Brothers will come through. I'd really like to get away from constantly being his best friend. I'd like for him to have a summer he'll remember.

Thanks for your suggestion.

I started asking folks at work to see if anyone is interested... Some folks started 'noodling' it around... What are the dates for that camp?

ps... I knew that it was you.. Walking around St. I @ 4 am?

I almost bought the lot across from Monks on Trapp rd., but it was WAY too expensive to pay 125K AND have to build...

They vary all summer long. The camp is $200 a week and I didn't want to sign him up for the entire summer just try to work something out with someone at their convenience.

I've been walking a little over five miles a day and trying to break it up. 4am is quiet, stars are out, no one bothers you, and I can talk to myself and no one knows it except all of southern maryland now.

That's a nice house on the corner, I like the style. It sold right before that for $99,000. but I understand there was a lot of work to do. I'll never own here, it's ridiculous south of the base. And you have to lock your doors north of the base.

So what happened to Cleveland (after that embarrassingly high score on Tuesday)?

I read you wrong you meant the lot not the house, didn't you. That's still up for sale, just recently fertilized, smells lovely at 4am.
