Being a forum junkie is nothing to be ashamed of.
You may feel that you have no problem with it, so there is no problem and there very well might not be. However !
Do you feel compelled to check the forum with your morning coffee ?
Do you feel that sometimes you get behind on your work, because your gossiping ,,flirting or fighting on the forums too much?
Do you sometimes just feel the need to poke at others on the forums ?
Do you feel the need to read the forums before you go to sleep ?
