I agree, the last time I ate there I was at the Tiki bar, had only one beer and ate a BBQ sandwich, got home and that sandwich came right back up! Will not eat there again.

I'm coming from Texas and have not found any good BBQ from a commercial establishment since moving, but I will give you a try. Do you have bakers (baked potato's piled high with BBQ beef, sour cream, cheddar, bacon bits?)

Why not have a discount day to let people try items?

Go with Sunshine Catering. I have been to many events that they cater and even the worst one was great. They are dependabel and will arrive on time and serve what you want not what they want to fix.
Very professional.

Last year at the Brew & Que, there was a fellow that had the most awesome brisket. The corn on the cob was to die for. I can't remember the guy's name. Vrai was with me, maybe she can recall..she spent some time chatting about recipes, etc. with him.
