something went down in San Souci

I was coming home about 2:45, stopped at that intersection, so I could see there were 4 (maybe more ?) cruisers with their lights a-flashing up around the Pizza Hut. I don't know what store or really what was going on, but that's the part of the lot they were in. Was anyone in the area just then, or heard about it on a scanner?
