| I'd say document every damn thing you can i.e. a journal, have witnesses, quit,call the ACLU and carry on. It's not like you can't do better..sometimes it's better to endure for a bit, keep your kewl, and just get out of a bad situation. Live and Learn.

I don't necessarily want to side with the "wusses"... but the workplace should not include this behavior. What if the job is not McDonald's but, for example, Lockheed Martin? Does that change the perspective? If the job is great but the boss is pathetic, do you still quit or deal with it - either way letting them prevail?
