Happened to espy a crew installing a stop sign at the exit of Park Dodge on the southside of Rte. 235. They had their vehicle parked such that the entrance/exit was blocked to but the narrowest of vehicles. When they left, the stop sign was about 10 degrees off from the vertical from side to side. Don't know about the front/back. Good show gents!
