Need a place to live in late November

Hi, I've posted several threads about moving to the area in late november and I have gotten great responses, the question I have now is-Where would ya'll reccomend living? ie. Apartment complex. I am looking to rent at first then possibly buy, I have a dog too so that makes it hard. I've looked into Aberly Crest and it seems pricey, the apratments of wildewood and ya'll told be bad stuff, I've looked on here, the washington post, apartments.com, rent.com, and the maryland pennysaver, and I keep finding the same complexes. Let me know.

We live in Abberly Crest right now until we buy another house. We have been here almost a year. We LOVE it here! The staff in the office and the maintence people are both great! They keep it nice and clean. I see the lady driving around the complex in her golf cart picking up garbage every day. Every time I call the office for something they go out of their way to help me. Also all the closets are walk in closets so that is nice. No complaints!

I've lived at Spyglass at Cedar Cove for five years now and love it. Pet-friendly, good staff, and having the Bay at your doorstep is a major plus (and great for a dog!).

You might check out Queen Anne Apts. Unfortunately they are on Great Mills Road but the scumbags generally stay away. I lived there for a while and it was an overall positive expierience.

This topic seems to be popular today.

I lived at the Mayfaire for two years. Nice place, never had any problems but not the greatest area. It was a bit pricey. Last year it was ~1050 for the 2bed/2bath.

Now living at Laurel Glen Apartments. Less expensive, nice. Most expensive apartment was <1000 as of Jan. Better area then the Mayfaire (behind Kmart/Best Buy for those in the know).

Good luck to you
