I used to go to pr fitness. It is a nice gym if you can go during the day. But if you try and go after work from 5 to 7 it is way to crowded. In the evenings you have to wait for almost any machine you want to use.

I just switched over to Maximim from pro fitness over the weekend. I havn't been in the evenings yet but from the looks of things it was much nicer than pro fitness.

It is a lot nicer and you don't have to wait to use the equipment. It has always been clean and I've never had a complaint.

Thats why I left pro fitness it would take me 2 hours to get through a workout that should only take about an hour when I would go after work.

I like Pro Fitness but you are right about that. I usually try to go on "off" days as I call them or days that aren't as busy. Monday is the worst. I think a lot of people, including myself, like to do the M-W-F thing. I personally like Friday evenings and Sunday. I try to do a Tuesday instead of Monday. If you wait until after 7pm it isn't bad usually. I don't really like to wait that long. I would rather go as soon as I get home from work.
