Not true. I've had that happen several times while on the bike, NEVER while in the car. I think some people are intimidated by the thought of a person riding a bike behind them

I had another few arrogant pricks this morning too. Some dude passed me on a double solid on Rosewick doing at least 70. Then he has the nerve to flip me off and I'll tell you what I would've liked to have done with that finger. I just don't know why people have to be so arrogant on the roads around here.

The Maryland Driver's Handbook reads "When you are driving more slowly than the traffic flow on a highway that has two or more lanes in your direction, you should move to and stay in the right lane." Cruising in the left lane is discourteous and impedes a safe flow of traffic.
