Norris Road

Is it one on the road, or actually IN the neighborhood..
There is a house that someone just put up on Norris, right before Tubman.
It was a doublewide type trailer or manufactured home type, and it said in the weather for over a year before they did anything to it.

There are thugs, and some drug dealers, and the police are there once in awhile in Tubman. Haven't seen anything in Towey Ct really. It doesn't seem too bad.

Depends on the rent. There is a guy who is a convicted child molester who is always walking to that neighborhood.. Seems like he lives there, although his address is in Lexington Park.

I live in Tubman! Where are the thugs, drug dealers, and police? Sure it is mostley African Americans but not all AA are thugs, dealers, etc! I am white! I dont see it at all! The people here are wonderful. They look out for you.
As for the home that was just put togather,....NO WAY! It sat apart and in bad weather. There has got to be mold issues.

Well, I changed part of my post, because I actually dont think its a terrible neighborhood.. but I don't live there.. just what I have heard/observed.

I know Norris road used to have a pretty bad reputation back in the day..

I definitely would NOT rent that one house.

From what I heard, back in the day it use to be rough. Just going by word of mouth. For whatever thats worth! It is a quiet neighborhood. Sure we may have kids outside playing but then again,.... thats everywhere.

As for that house,....NO WAY IN THE WORLD! If someone gave it to me maybe. It did sit there for over a year. It was split apart and had plastic over the openings. Im sure there has got to be issues. Better safe than sorry. I say RUN!

The biggest issue with Norris Road is the traffic. Trying to get on to Chancellors is a pain at times, and that intersection has seen its fair share of accidents. When they start widening Chancellors, it will get worse for awhile, but the plan is connect Norris with Buck Hewitt and add a traffic light (one of the 6 planned for Chancellors. Other than that, all of Norris is a fairly peaceful area.
