Vernal Equinox map

Today only.. world map showing the equalilty of sunlight over the world.
Sun is over the equator, we all get the same number of hours of sunlight and darkness.
In 3 months, summer solstice, it will be a huge hump..
Pretty neat.

And another map:

If you have a Mac, you can download a widget that shows the same thing in real time.
Enjoy...

The second site is cool cause it also shows the sun's azimuth.
This helps with solar site analysis. Thanks Inkpen.

Cool...you can watch the sunrise/sunset on your computer and never have to see the light of day

This will be handy to know when we all have to live underground because of the ozone layer being completely gone.
Or under water because of rising sea levels.
