Sounds like a great idea! Nothing will pizz a parent off more than having to take off work to go to school because their kid acted like an azz, but that only works if the parent actually cares.

The kids playing basketball in the middle of the road are my biggest complaint. They see a car coming and don't give an eff because they know you have to stop for them. So, they know they can sit there and look at you like a reatarded monkey and continue doing their thing.

The HOA knows about this, but they don't care.

Video taping was going to be my suggestion too, but I'd also make copies and give one to the parents of the boys and copies to the vehicle owners whos cars got egged. I'm sure the police would like to see this too! That's vandalism.

Egging is not considered vandalism. It does not due any permanate damage to the vehicle. There is nothing that you can charge somone with if they egg a parked car. If the car is driving down the road and you egg it that is crime since you are endangering the driver.

I beg to differ. If you don't get the egg off within a few hours, the paint can be damaged. It can also crack the paint.

If it cracks the paint that is one thing. But the paint on most cars in not so brittle that it cracks from an egg hitting it.

If somone doesn't wash the egg off it is thier own fault for just watching the egg distroy the paint. Plus an egg yolk will not eat through paint in a matter of hours. Trust me I am Rocket Scientist and know about chemical iteractions like this.

Then you know that it only takes 2 hours to damage the paint. And sitting over night is longer than 2 hours.

And WTF is an iteraction?
