renting property

We have a rental home in Lusby and unfortunately our first renters turned out to be very ignorant people. We thought renting to a family would be a good thing but apparently they had no control over their children and all landscaping plants/bushes/grass are just about destroyed altho judging by the condition the adults left the house in I guess I can see why the kids would be hooligans Initially I was against the idea of renting to singles but now thinking it might be better and wondering whether to go thru the PAX base. Anyone have any experience/advice to offer? Thanks

Oh, yes. My buddy, Amy, that threatened us, got picked up in Charles County for two counts of assault and having pot. Her brother, that also showed up that day, got picked up for driving without a license. Go figure.

Sounds like the type to keep your eye on, and stay away from if possible.
