Let's see... Text ammendment recommended with no 50 ft max. Park Place water and sewer category changed. Additional lot on private road approved. 135 town homes for Woods at Myrtle Point approved with the developer adding a signalized intersection to allow traffic out of the side road going towards the bridge. Faith Bible Church revised site plan approved. Patuxent River Town Center concept plan approved, and APF Recommendations forwarded to the BoCC.

According to LUGM, they can still build 3 story buildings with framed and shingled roofs in 40ft...
