Light blue Crown Victoria. Maryland plates JDX 760.

Cuts me off on 235, puts on his lights, and gives me the evil eye.

does being a complete @$$ qualify as a bad driver.

driving up rt.4 this morning traffic appeared to be cruising and lining up in the left lane(although not always unusual). however, you see a commuter bus, a dump truck and several cars just start coming to a real slow pace. all because a white toyota sequoia(couldn't get the tag #) with two women inside decided that apparently they(she) wanted to set her cruise control on probably 35mph and just hold conversation with each other while driving in the left lane and give everyone the i dont care i'm not moving over or going any faster and yall can go around me attitude(mind you the right lane is now crowded). and i felt kinda uncomfortable driving too close because i just new the commuter bus or that dump truck was going to
their bumper(all she probably had to do was tap, not slam on brakes because they were that close). i know i can't police the roads but it's situations like this that sometimes get people temperatures boiling; atleast move over and stop impeding traffic!!

Toyota Sequoia. License plate says "NICKY C".
She has tailgated me to work on a number of occasions when I was doing 9 over the speed limit. I saw her pull a u-turn on Route 5 one day without checking to see if anyone was behind her or coming towards her, which almost caused an accident. Today, as luck would have it, I got behind her for about 10 miles. All over the road, speeding up, slamming on the brakes. I almost called her in for suspected drunk driving. Either works at the Health Department or Nursing Home.
