Chesapeake Webcam

Does anyone know of a site with a webcam of the Chesapeake Bay/Pax River? I know I'd found one a couple years ago but have searched all through google and can't come up with anything (at least anything that's working).

St. Mary's College used to have one of their waterfront, but I haven't checked in sometime.
