Thallium stress test? Dr. Patil?

Anyone had this test or this cardiologist before? Any advice,info,horror stories?

The test involves injecting a radioactive dye into your bloodstream and a few (10-15) minutes on a treadmill to ensure the dye works its way throughout your system. Pictures are taken afterwards (usually the heart/circulatory system) to check for blocked arteries. No after-affects noted. Entire procedure takes about an hour.

I've done the treadmill test. No big deal except they make you walk really fast.

My Dr. was Amish Shaw, he was pretty cool.
