I lost my voice
I am so mad I woke up yesterday and with a bad sore throat and now I can't even talk. This Bites!

1. Try gargling with warm salt water. - this helps the cilia in the back of the throat stay moist and helps the phlegm.
2. Drink warm tea with honey and lemon - the warm tea relaxes the muscles and the honey and lemon sooth the throat.
