Looking for an Orthopaedic Doctor

I've been having pain in my hip and want to get it checked out. Any recommendations for a good Orthopaedic doctor in Charles or St. Mary's counties? Also, any to avoid? Thanks.

Dr. Rozran in Prince Frederick is who I saw after I injured my neck in a car accident.

I have had pain in my hip for over a year. I went to Rozran and he told me I was just a big knot to go to Chiroprator and get straightened out. Well needless to say that didn't work I went to Dr. Griffith at Calvert Hospital and the first day found that I have arthritis in the hip joint and 2 bone spurs at the bottom of it. He gave me a shot and I have been like a new person. He is very nice and I have hard nothing bad about his group...JMO

Brian Herron is in Prince Frederick, and very thorough. I emailed him several years ago, 2003 actually, and asked him to describe how he would repolace my hip, and he took the time to respond with full account. I ultimately had a total hip replacement, minimally invasive surgery at Johns Hopkins. BUt, I have been to Dr. Herron for check ups, and neck problems and hold him in high regard

Dr. Lloyd Cox ... Southern Maryland Orthopaedics ... I credit him with giving me my life back wholeheartedly!

He has an office in St. Mary's and Waldorf, and has a team of various ortho docs, pain management specialists, etc., as well as physical therapy all collocated with his practice, which is all VERY convenient.

Dr. Jeffrey Sabloff (partners with Rabbitt and Carlini) - he has put me a sux2b44 back together a few times. Sabloff is unbelievable, and a great person to boot!
