Question alternative medicine books

Since I found out that I have sleep apnea, and since I found out that the blood pressure med I have been taking for almost 6 years can cause breathing problems, I am thinking of taking some all natural herbal supplements for my health. Can anyone recommend a good, all-around book with perhaps charts of ailments and herbal remedies?

I have several at home and I believe most if not all have come from Rodale Press.

I can't recommend books, but if you want to see someone in person, I highly recommend Kathleen Tucker and Andrea Loomis at Nature's Healing Traditions in La Plata.

(301) 392-3260

The business is located off of Rt 6, the road across from Casey Jones (Maple Ave? - along the railroad tracks). They are tucked in the little plaza, right behind the Sycamore Accents gift shop, look for a wheelchair ramp.
