Few things there is no 20% discount at Lowes for contractors, That would be nice but they dont offer. I did a takeoff based on a 20x15 deck with composite... no rail and white beauty board and came up with $4,736.56 if you would like a copy let me know and I can either email it or fax a copy.As...- bballfanatic

Wow $5100.00 he made a mistake... If you check the cost on material it will be around that. I am a local builder and know what the cost of material are. The going rate for a wood deck 2 to 5 feet off the groung would be 18 to 22 dollars a square foot $5400.00 to 6600.00. Composite decks will run...- bballfanatic

Kohler makes a toilet called the Cimmaron, We have put numerous ones in and we dont need to leave a plunger at one point it was rated number 1 from Consumer Digest, There tecnology is leaps and bounds in front of everyone else, Attached is a link... good luck Kohler Product Reviews and Ratings...- bballfanatic
