The original plan was to be open by spring of 08. They are supposed to be breaking ground this week. We are looking at march/april 09 opening.

Mr Rudman wanted to buy it but that wasn't an option to him from the land owner/builder. It will be very close to the size of the Leonardtown Store and we plan on having the rental as well.

Yeah I do lol. I'm Just excited about finally getting a bigger store. It is my understanding the the Ihop and the roadhouse will be free standing. The True Value will be attached strip mall style. There will be all kinds of rumors as to what is going in there some will commit and then back out...

my sources are the builder who is building the new true value for us. dont know anything about a circuit city in the area. There are more stores but cant remember them all.

True Value Hardware, ihop, texas roadhouse are the three i know of.
