I have always had a love for animals since I was a child. I would find strays and bring them home, much to the annoyance of my mother, but we always found where they belonged. I have worked for the Humane Society of St. Louis, the St. Louis Zoo, and Missouri Wildlife. I have a BA in Anthropology with a minor in biology.

When I moved to VA I lead my own team of archaeologists on a military base but I never lost my love for animals. I paid out of pocket to TNR the feral colonies that were living in my alley.

I eventually moved to MD with my husband, where I worked for Last Chance Animal Rescue, and later Belly Rubs in McLean VA. When my husband and I moved down to Lusby it was not economical for me to drive to VA every day, so we decided to start our own walking business.
