Correct. However, from everything I have read and speaking with professionals (I work with construction professionals), it seems that this is a good precautionary measure installation. Also, it will be necessary for re-sale...which I do plan on doing within 5 years. Thanks again...this thread...

Great Idea...but try convincing your:howdy: COUNTY COMMISSIONERS!!!! They are ultimately the ones who decide what projects get funded for the schools. The schools only execute the projects approved and dictated by the County because that is how they are funded. Oh and the green projects are...

Perhaps I was not clear enough...I have plenty of existing templates and want to tweek them. I have taken advanced excel classes...so, I'm no dummy looking for someone to do it for me. I want a fresh look at something that has been used for a long time.:buddies:
