Putting stop signs at a traffic circle is counter-intuitive. This isn't the first/only traffic circle on 234, and none of the others I've ever encountered had stop signs. People are just doing what they have been trained to do, and that is yield to traffic already in the circle and to enter it...

Seems to me NOT reporting this is as big of a "Richard move" as the bus driver's. Venting on community forums has zero effect on how this bus driver will drive in the future. Reporting the driver might just save someone's life.

On the other hand, I've seen people sitting in the right lane with their turn signal on with NO traffic approaching and clear visibility. But it is hard to determine if it is safe to turn when their attention is focused on that all important text message on their phone.
