Serious question...what do you use for deodorant? I can't think of anything I'd ingest that could also serve this purpose.

My realtor explained to me that this usually means they are waiting on something like a home inspection to be completed. As long as nothing comes back horribly wrong with the home inspection, termite inspection, well/septic (if applicable) tests, etc., the ratified contract will remain in place...

Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately, there are no teenagers who live close by. Everyone is so busy this time of year, so I was really just hoping to find a company I could pay to come out and do it, as opposed to bugging people that I know.
