    So after transplanting my family in wonderful St. Mary's County a little over a decade ago. I thought I'd query the rest of my neighbors and ask how often your mail carrier delivers on Sunday.     Im not sure about this....I remember before I bought my own DOCSIS 3.0 modem there was a 3 or so dollar monthly rental charge. But, that was a few years ago, so things may have changed.
