Other than his lead sentence which doesn't mention a name, it's just the police dispatch report.

I hope you are doing well today. You and your hubbs already have too much to go through and this sucks. Diabetes is a PITA, sometimes you get dizzy, or suddenly very sleepy. I am saying a prayer for you both. Take care of yourself.
