Well, slow and steady might work out better for him. Not trying to be a smart aleck but my ex-husband's brother always talks off the wall like that because he won't stay on meds. He thinks the government put a chip in his head and they are using him to spy on everybody. He's very consistent with his story. It's like funny but aggravating at the same time!

Did he ever do drugs??

The rehab is very demanding on him up there over 4-5 hrs a day...so they are sending him to a slower paced skilled nursing non rehab aggressive place..he is in a head trauma rehab..

Yes, he did drugs. He has been diagnosed as schizophrenic since he was about 22 years old. He's in his 40's now. When he takes his meds he's fine but he doesn't think he needs them. He shot thru a closed door a few years back because "the voices in his head said there were spies inside". Thank God nobody was hurt but Rusty went to jail for awhile. Sending him to jail is really not changing anything. He's off the street but they can't "make" him take meds so he comes out of there unchanged. It's a shame really because he used to be such a sweetheart.

Thank you Kwillia and Jay...moving slowly...the living room floor is done..cealings down in all 3 rooms..found out when we took the drywall down on the porch it (wood behind) was rotten so we had to replace that...here are some of the latest pics...Waiting on Riverrat to call me back..we are ready for the electrician and the plumber...

The windows you see on the porch were drywalled and paneled in for a bed room...there will now be two 6' X 4' windows in that section..with the cement floor I am tiling the floor in there..

Will do...Hubby a plumber? We are held up by that right now...the heating and air guy has to send out his duct guy and we have not seen him...its moving slowly...I miss using those 3 rooms..they also knocked out the two closets...we are adding an 8 X 10 utility room ..moving out the hot water heater..furnace..washer/dryer..water tank etc out of the grooming room to its own room

Ya all want to help me fancy my grooming room up all funky?? I am getting this for the room too.
