| Question 2... I had my learners permit in all before, but this time I just want to take the class, and when your done you can go get your license, and your able to drive on base, etc..etc.. Does anyone know where to get this done except for the CSM La Plata campus, preferably in St. Mary's.... Thanks

The gearbox is good. 1st and 5th are straight cut gears which have gear whine, 2,3,4 and 6th are helical and are very quiet. Wide Glide is a nice bike. The Rocker is new. All American is fine but you might also try Waugh HD in Orange VA. He actually runs sales and so on and I have noticed his prices are sometimes better and he can do MD sales tax and titles..

| The class on base is hard to get. Only drawback.

| But they will issue you a permit to drive on base until you get a class. Might be a time limit, not sure. I rode on one for about three months before getting in a class. Hey, didn't you just do the MSF one? |

I'm not sure about St. Mary's but you can go the Waldorf MVA. They have classes. I think you can sign up on-line but it was always full for me. So, you can just show up to class the first night and see if they have any "no shows". If they do, you can get it that way. Or if you still have your learners, just go take the test and skip the class part. That's what my cousins did. I took mine at CSM a while ago but I know you had to sign up early (Very early, like January). Class filled up quick. They also have a stand by list. Good Luck | |

| its actually not difficult - show up the morning of the class even if its supposed ot be full. pretty much guaranteed that not everyone will show up. when I took it there were supposed to be 8 people and we only had 3. |
