Hey, Aps!!!! V-Strom forums/community?

Any such thing? A new DL 650 showed up at work and intrigued me, and I'd like to subscribe to its newsletter:)

It's a great bike, very versatile. I've got the DL1000. Cruise all day on the highway, have never been able to drag a peg in the twisties and check out the YouTube link for off road.
These are the guys I hooked up with last year in TN
Stromtrooper.com - Powered by vBulletin
We actually did some off road riding
YouTube - Tellico Plains Stromtrooper Rally Water Crossing 1
(I'm the third bike)

There is also a forum on Delphi, one of the advertisers gives a great discount to members, that's where I got my Givi bags.

Thanks, that fording is nuts. Id never imaging trying water that deep. The intake must be pretty well shielded to go through water thats waist deep or deeper.

I think that water was around 20" deep
most bikes now have an airbox under the tank. That's 2-3 ft off the ground.
