Yesterday was a great riding day! Even when we got rained on at the end of the day.

Two bar tips; Woodstock Inn, Woodstock Md. Really good food by any standard. Incredibly good by biker bar standards. Fantastic place to bike watch. Neat place down by the river in the middle of nowhere.

Good riding all over the place.

Daniels in Eldridge. Right on Route 1. Open air bar and nice inside. Also really good food.

Good riding from Daniels down to River road and into Ellicott City.

Holy crap. You get around. That was my 'backyard once'; I operated my landscape and pool construction company from a property on Marriottsville Rd. and lived in a trailer there too, on the Howard side but almost to the river and county line. Quarry country.

'course that was back in the 70s.

Well, you said you were going to take the flathead out, so I was kind of keeping an eye out for that. Beyond that, I don't know where you live, and I don't generally drop in unannounced.

But I did think about it...next time

We're heading either to Thursdays or Stoney's Broomes Island next weekend if the weather holds.

Or, is Broome's Island closed for the season???

Sounds like a plan. I'll look for further announcements as the week progresses. Might join ya if that's OK.

Love to see the flat head! And you can educate me on what I'm looking at.
