The post-credits scenes for The Curse of the Black Pearl and Dead Man's Chest were comedic in nature, but this film's extra scene provides additional closure to the main characters.
I wish I had read this yesterday.

If you want to know what you missed...

***Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End SPOILERS***

(Highlight to read)

The subtitle reads 'Ten years later.' Elizabeth Swann (Keira Knightley) and her ten-year-old son are on a cliff staring out at the open ocean. The sun is rising (or setting, I forget ) and the sky flashes green. The Flying Dutchman, the late Davy Jones' ship, then appears from under the water. Will Turner (Orlando Bloom) is on it and smiles at his family. The end.

I had a choice to see Pirates or Shrek the 3rd yesterday, I chose Shrek and it was really good. Very funny and it seems each one is geared more and more toward adults.

BF and I went to see Pirates on Friday night. We saw the 10pm showing...and I was really tired. I fell asleep for about 20 minutes, but I didn't miss a whole lot. The movie was pretty good...good fight scenes...but it was a very long movie. It didn't end until 1pm. I was pretty fidgety the last hour or so...

It was good, but the first and even the second movies were way better.
