Movie Opinion

Hey all,

I have an open spot in netflix and want to get something that the man and I will both enjoy. Needs to have a good plot not too much blood. Any recommendations?

Thanks,

D

"Snatch"-

You get to look at a ripped up Brad Pitt.

He gets a cool movie about a bunch of Brit's and diamond heists.

Besides, it is one of my favorite movies of all time, so I never pass up recommending it. Great one liners.

Sahara - good action flick. Not too much blod & gore. Matthew McConaghy(?) & Penelope Cruz.

Need more info than that...

Also, check the reviews by DotTheEyes and follow up commentary.

Finally, put a few out there that you're considering and folks will provide opinions.

I would recommend The Prestige. An excellent film from the director of Batman Begins and Memento.

You can watch the trailer here.

If you are a romance fan, I would recommend The Painted Veil with Naomi Watts and Edward Norton. Trailer here.

How about the Illusionist? It was surprisingly good and a movie I think both men and women would find to their intrest.

The Illusionist was good (mainly because of Edward Norton and Paul Giamatti), but The Prestige, last year's other magic film, is much better in every way. In my opinion, 'course.

Very moving... I didn't think that I would love it, yet I did.
