Remake of the 1966 Sci Fi classic is scheduled for release sometime in 2008. Should be interesting who replaces Raquel Welch as "Cora"

One of my favorite movies. Bought it later on CED disk to rewatch.
May have to redo beginning, wasn't the scientist a Soviet defector? Of course, the way Putin acts, we may see the rise of the new USSR soon.
