| I didn't think it was a particularly well made movie. I knew what it was about before I watched and I was still confused. If I hadn't already known that Briony misinterpreted the relationship between Cecelia and Robbie (which wasn't even well developed) I wouldn't have figured it out. One of those books that should never have been made into a movie. It was almost embarrassingly terrible.

| The only thing I liked about it (aside from James McAvoy's face) was the click-clack of the typewriter keys integrated into the music.

| I read the book, which was also highly acclaimed. It wasn't a particularily good read either. |
