We saw it twice...Once Friday Night In IMAX in Virginia...and then tonight at Arundel Mills...Shows were still selling out...IMAX whole first week was sold out...When The Joker hit the screen you could hear the reaction in the crowd like they were just stunned on how good he was...Movie was great!!! See it in IMAX!!!!

I'm quite a fan of Heath Ledger's - and I found myself completely forgetting that it was him under that ghoulish makeup. His performance is so incredible and so chilling. He didn't get an Oscar for BM, but he ought to for this. His Joker is what made me decide that I actually prefer the ultra-realistic, super gritty Batman movies (this and Batman Begins) to the previously preferred camp classics. This Joker is better than anything I've ever seen in a superhero movie, I have to say, and one of the best adaptations.

Oh and Christian Bale is amazing too. And Aaron Eckhardt.

The only sad thing is that we won't get to have a Joker in future movies - honestly, who would want to try to follow that performance?

Seen it three times and I'd see it again in a heartbeat. Yeah, even at 8.50 a ticket.

Amazing movie. I've been having visions of the Joker in my head since I saw it Saturday. Heath was incredible.

I got a text today that said "That movie Batman is surpassing all records at the box office, but Heath Ledger didn't even go to the opening. What a d*ck."

Sadistically humorous, wouldn't you say Batman?

We saw this yesterday. Great special effects. Ledger was a great "agent of chaos". I don't like Christian Bale as Batman though. Still, tight story, excellent action scenes, no boring moments.

A few people from work went to go see it this weekend. They said that it was too "dark" of a movie to take kids to see it. I wanted to take my 8 year old niece. Do you think it's too "dark"?

We went to see it last night....I haven't been a Batman fan since George Clooney didn't do them anymore....I have to admit, I enjoyed this one...Heath was awesome!....youngest(10) was there and for the most part liked it

On my scale of his "bathroom visits"(the more he doesn't like a movie the more he goes to the bathroom)....this one got a 3(1 love scene, 2 creating the plot)
