We watched it the other night. I thought it was pretty good. Sorry but I kind of like the beginning. I am sick like that.. It WILL make you look at your pilot a little closer..

The Washington Post had an article shortly after the movie was released about some Afro American women complaining that Denzel should have stayed within his own race and why did they have to hire white women to have love scenes with him?

I guess this movie gave him a big black eye with some folks!

Haven't seen the movie myself yet; heard a few mixed reviews. I like Denzel- whether he's kissing white or black wimmens!

I love me some Denzel, cant think of a movie of his that I havent liked. He can play either a good or bad guy and do a great job of it. One of my favorites was the one with Meg Ryan where she was a huey pilot and was shot down. Damn, cant think of the name of the movie. I'm suffering from CRS again.

My least favorite Denzel Washington movie. I want those two hours of my life back. The nudity was unnecessary and for the most part it was a predictable, boring, Christian bashing, drug glorifying movie. The flight scene was pretty intense, but beyond that it was average at best. Very disappointing.
